By using this site and or signing up to a blog you agree to the following terms and conditions. Whilst you are on the site you must use the site in accordance with these.For purposes of the terms and conditions we define the following terms.
- User is the named account holder, ie the name and username you provided to Padda when you signed up.
- User is also a person visting padda.co.za and any of its subdomains
- For the purpose of this document, the web site and its owners are defined as padda
In case padda needs to communicate to the user who maintains a blog we will use the supplied email address, it is up to the user to keep this updated if padda for what ever reason can not communicate with the user padda reserves the right to terminate the user and its associated blogs
Responsibility of content posted to your blog
Padda will not be held responsible for the content of pages hosted under our service. We do not review page content before it is posted and do not verify, endorse, or otherwise take responsibility for the content of any user-created pages. However, we reserve the right to remove any page from our servers which we determine is violating our rules and guidelines. Users are solely responsible for all files contained in their own upload directory, and can be held legally liable for the contents of their blog posts.
Liability
In no event will padda be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the padda web site or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
Scope of Services
The Services provided by the Padda enable the User to set up and maintain a blog online. Only the User is allowed to administer this blog. Padda reserves the right to offer other Services in return for a monetary fee. The Services are offered on an "as is" basis and used by the User solely at his or her own risk.
Copyright
By submitting media such as photos or videos or any other content the User guarantees that the content does not infringe upon any third party intellectual property or personal right, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trade marks, trade secrets, privacy or other personality right.
Abuse of individuals
You must not, under any circumstances post any comments which are considered to abuse other members due to their sex, religion, beliefs, age etc. Whilst we encourage our users to share their views, however controversial, there is a difference between posting views in general and targeted, personalized abuse, based on individual tastes, beliefs and lifestyles etc. You may not publish any material that is grossly offensive to the general on-line community, including but not limited to, exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, invasion of privacy or excessive profanity (cursing). This includes material that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens any person or group. Files or directories or email user accounts may NOT contain profane or sexually suggestive names or expletives. Padda reserves the right to be the final judge as to what is or is not acceptable and to terminate your account if your use of it causes a detrimental effect on other users.
Removal of accounts and blogs
Padda reserves the right to terminate any user or blog without prior notice if deemed neccesary by either breaking the terms and conditions or solely on padda's discretion.What does padda NOT allow to be posted
- Pirated software
- Pirated music
- Hacker programs
- Warez
- Pornography, adult related merchandise of any kind.
- Copyrighted materials
- ROMs
- Emulators
- And any Illegal Content in court of law
Changes to Terms and Conditions
padda reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any stage and without prior notice
